This website is operated by Tiera Rice through Eula Rae Printing & Publishing.
All services and products are offered in good faith, with the intention to support your creative work, voice, and vision. By engaging with our site or purchasing a service, you confirm that you’ve reviewed the relevant details and agree to the terms below.

 

Payment & Delivery

• Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking or purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.

• Digital services and products: Delivered via email, shared folder, or digital link unless otherwise stated.

• Turnaround times: Estimates are provided based on current workload and may shift with notice.

 

Refund and Returns

• Services
  Due to the customized nature of publishing and creative services, all sales are final once work is delivered. However, your experience matters to us. If something feels off or doesn’t align, please reach out and we will work with you to find a thoughtful resolution when possible.

• Digital Products
  All digital products (worksheets, templates, journals, eBooks, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered. If there’s a technical issue (e.g., incorrect format, broken link), we’ll gladly provide a replacement.​

 

Digital Product Use

Unless stated otherwise, all digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or modify them for commercial purposes. Copyright remains with the creator or the publishing partner listed.

Confidentiality & File Handling

All materials, manuscripts, and files shared with us in the course of a project are treated with respect and confidentiality. Files may be stored temporarily for project purposes and deleted upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon for ongoing services.

Publishing & Partnership Terms

By purchasing publishing support or imprint services from Eula Rae, you agree to the following:

• Intellectual Property
  You retain full rights and ownership of your work, unless otherwise outlined in a signed imprint publishing partnership agreement.

• Publishing Under Our Imprint
  If your book is published under the Eula Rae Printing & Publishing imprint:

• Eula Rae will be listed as the official publisher.

• We may manage distribution, metadata, and retail setup through our publishing accounts.

• ISBN assignment and account setup may be handled internally by Eula Rae.

• Royalties & Fees

• Royalties & Fees
  Royalty terms, payout schedules, and any applicable fees (e.g., annual distribution management) will be outlined in your individual publishing agreement.

• Distribution
  Eula Rae uses Ingram’s global distribution network, which may include listings on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Apple Books, Google Books, Bookshop.org, and other major retailers depending on your project setup.

​

• Marketing & Launch Support
  We offer varying levels of marketing support depending on your service package, including help with metadata, book tour planning, and promotional strategy. While we celebrate your launch and help you prepare, we do not manage ongoing social media or ad campaigns unless otherwise arranged.

• Book Sales
  We cannot guarantee specific sales outcomes, rankings, or reviews. However, we’ll support you with professional design, strategy, and guidance so you can confidently launch your work into the world.

• Author Responsibilities
  You agree to provide all required materials (e.g., manuscript files, images, author bios, approvals) in a timely manner to keep the project on schedule.
